Running Windows Vista as Administrator, Poker Stars, downloaded the Poker Stars patch yesterday to correct for their software update, Poker Tracker version 2 is importing hands okay, I'm using the memory scanner and the Microsoft Access Database. Performed one step database compact yesterday.

It seems to update stats for a brief time, but then the pop up windows won't work and mucked hands are not shown. These problems have occurred off and on for awhile, but they are constant now. I could find no forum topic that seemed to deal with the problem.

I don't believe it helps, since I use the memory scanner. My understanding is that when using memory scanner the hand history location is irrelevant.

Please enable logging, open PokerStars, play 30+ hands on a 'single' table then send us your PAHud.log file via the Support system so that we can troubleshoot/resolve the issue.
