Fulltilt problems

Hi,
I cannot get my PAHUD to work on tilt. I have the HH directory configured for both exactly like it shows on the website. PAHUD detects the tables and puts the display up but the stats don't register or change. For example all the stats say N/A and the hands stats always say zero. Even after being at the table for a lot of hands. I cannot figure out what is set up wrong. Any suggestions.

Are you importing your hands into your PokerTracker database while you are playing? Make sure that this database is selected in PokerAce Hud under Options->Preferences->Databases->Holdem

If that is not the problem, enable logging, open Full Tilt, play 30+ hands on a 'single' table then send me the PAHud.log file via the [url=http://www.pokertracker3.com/support/sab]Support system[/urlsab] so that I can troubleshoot the issue. We will get it working properly for you. :)

Do I need to have PT running and importing hands while playing for it to work? Im pretty sure I tried it with it running and it still didn't work but I can't remember for sure. I checked the database and it is correct. If I have to have PT running I will try again with it on and if it still doesn't work I will enable the logging.

PAH gets it's stats from PT2, so if you don't have it running the stats won't update. You would see stats for any players that you previously have data on, but you wouldn't get stats from the current session.
You should have PT2 running and importing hands as frequently as possible while you are playing.
