Anyone know if it's possible to use PA HUD on Vegas Poker 24/7, which uses the Absolute Poker skin? Many thanks.

Yes, it is possible. Download and install the latest beta version.

Then configure PokerAce Hud identically to how you would configure Absolute Poker.
