I am using PT2 and PAH and occasionally am getting "Unable to read from Client memory" in PAH on Poker Stars.
All seems to be working OK. Is this a self correcting error or am I missing some hand histories.

PAH doesn't read the hand histories, so it won't cause you to miss any hands.
Are you using Vista? Are you running both Pokerstars and PAH as Administrator?
