not importing all hands for tourneys at Stars

Postby thetruest » Sat May 10, 2008 4:28 pm

Played 9 handed tourneys today on stars and realized it was not importing all hands: the auto-import window would say "1 file read - 0 hands imported" most of the time, though sometimes it would say 2 files read. I went back to try and look at some specific hands i played and didn't see them. Each time a file was read it said "Import Finished With Errors". I was playing about 2 tourneys when i noticed it.

thanks

Sounds like it thinks it is not a holdem hand. Are you sure its the right type of game?

Do you still have the original hand history file?
Can you find the hand in that file?
Does it look OK? (sometimes there can be bits missing which means PT can't import it.

If you're getting errors importing then it's a PT thing.
Are you using PT2 or PT3?
Submit some of these bad hand history files to the Support system and be sure to link to this thread, and give as much detail as possible.

I'm using pT2. I think i pretty much gave as much detail as possible already in this thread, the problems pretty much self-explanatory.

Ah, yes - sorry, I should have made sure you have the up to date PT2. There is a link stickied at the top of the PT2 forum with a new version for the Pokerstars update. That should do it.
