Stars - Hands were imported, but no stats displayed

Hello PT3-Team,

i tried with the built2 Version to use HUD on Poker Stars, but there were no stats
and no little PT3-Symbol displayed.
The Hands were imported and im pretty sure, i have the right settings chosen.
