Several problems after the registeration key issue

Postby Tumez » Wed Jun 11, 2008 2:13 pm

Hello!

I didnt find answers to these problems so sorry if Im asking something that has already been solved. My pahud still claims that I should get a new registarition key. This problem dispears if I keep my computers date on early may. I also get many error messages such as "fatal exeption occured while prosessing hand history file", "unable to load ongame skins statistic database file C:/program files/Hollywoodpoker..." and "Exception occured while loading layout information". Stats also disapears every now and then and then come back after few orbits.

Thanks for help!

Open up the auto-import window of PokerTracker 2 that you use to import your hands and click the "Reset DB's" button.

Then please disable any firewalls, anti-virus, or anti-spyware programs that could prevent PokerAce HUD from accessing the internet. Then manually enable logging per the second set of instructions in this tutorial: Tutorial: How to Create a Log File

Make sure your computer's date and time are set to the current date and time and restart PokerAce HUD. Click Help and then About and enter your registration code in the window that is provided there. If it succeeds you are all set and can re-enable your other software. If it fails, it will create a PAHud.log file. Please attach that file to this ticket and it will contain the information we require in order to permanently resolve your situation. Once you have attached the log to this ticket you can re-enable your other software.
