PA hud only working on half of Pokerstars tables

My problem is that pokerace hud works on some of my Pokerstars tables but not all of them. I would say a little less then half. On the tables that it works on everything is perfectly fine but on the other tables there are no stats and the tables are not being detected by poker ace hud. I am using poker tracker 2 and windows vista.

Are you using the latest PAH version 1.19.6?
Are all the hands imported into PT2 correctly?

I am not using pokerace hud 1.19.6
All of the hands are being imported correctly

I just downloaded 1.19.6 and it is detecting all my tables now and seems to be working fine but when I start up pokerace hud it says
Pokerace Hud error!
Unable to update cache. An exception has occurred.
I dont know what that means tho.
