PA Hud stats not showing

I just converted my PT2 to postgres, and now PAHud won't show stats (on FTP).

I've read through the tutorials, uninstalled and reinstalled PAHud and none of it works. The main window lists the tables, but if I uncheck one of the tables, it won't allow me the option to check it again.

Please help.
