pokerstars stats appear for cash but not tourneys

i can't get pahud stats to pop-up on pokerstars 6 or 9 handed tournament tables (even when i'm seated). stats pop up fine on cash games and for both tournies and cash games on full tilt.

i've read the tutorial, installed the new patch (1.19.6) and i do have plenty of hands on the players at the tables.

i even purchased PT3 and have the same problem, but for now i'll be happy to get it to work with PT2/PAHUD.

i also checked for these common problems mention in another thread by support.

1. Make sure you are importing successfully into PokerTracker.
2. Try turning off any filters you may have set.
3. Make sure the correct databases are being used.
4. Make sure the players have enough hands to meet the minimum required.

any help will be appreciated.

I have the same thing - stats appear in cashgames, no stats in SNGs and tourneys, the acehud in running, he sees the tables i have open, shows the cards after a hands, but all the stats stay ZERO.

I play on PT2, just downloaded the latest version beta 1.19.6 because i thought maybe this would fix the problem but no changes.

What to do?

Make sure you don't have PAH using "stats from current level only" filter.

Otherwise, Enable logging, reproduce the problem, and send the PAHud.log file via the Support system so that we can review your configurations and troubleshoot the issue.
