Pop Up Stats Don't Appear on FTP

I read through the FAQs and recent posts, but didn't see an answer for the following. I use PT V3.00 Build 2 with PA HUD. When I first used this, and left click the player stats, I would get a Pop Up of the player's complete stats. But, now when I left click on Full Tilt Cash Games, I don't get anything. The regular FTP HUD stats work ok, and the Pop up for mucked cards work ok, only the detailed pop ups don't work.

On Poker Stars Tournaments, the Pop Up Stats work fine. I can't find any differences between my pop up configuration between PS Tourneys vs. FTP Cash. I haven't tried a FTP Tournament recently.

Thanks for any help. BTW - I really like the integrated PT3 + PA HUD package.

PAHud questions only - NOT PT3 HUD.

Tournament and Cash HUD setups are saved separately, so the tourney one could be wrong.
On the Group tab, select the group you have shown on the table ("Player Stats") NOT the popup group, and check that the 'Popup:' field shows "Default Popup" (or whatever popup group you want to use).
