Cannot get UB HH to work correctly

I recently installed PT2 and PAH on my new computer and a few things are messing up compared to my old one. First of all, the hand histories are being saved as numbers rather than the table names like it should be. i was told there is a program i can use so the PAH will automatically save it as the table name rather than random numbers and the date but i cant find where it is. and also, on some tables i am playing at it will start recording the match a few hands late, thereby getting the wrong amout won or lost at the end. even after i import the HHs, it still comes up different than the real amount lost/won. I play almost exclusively at UB and i have a vista computer just so you know. can anyone please help me with this?

This sounds more like a PT2 issue than a PAH issue..
Do you have the same exact versions on your new computer as your old one?
