Some stats missing on FT

I have tried customizing stats on PAH on FT. For some (but not all) of the players, the Folded Big Blind stats don't appear, whether individually or as a combined stat (Fold big-foldsmall-att steal-BB/100). It is a blank spt -- they have the states when I clik on the popup. I have read the tutorial.
