Seeing stats fine, but they are not updating as more and more hands are imported. It seems PA is not looking in my current database. Is there some way I could have excluded it? It short of many 10s of thousands of hands.

Have you checked which databases are selected?
Options -> Preferences -> Databases -> Holdem.
Make sure the one that PT2 is importing to is selected.
