PA HUD Issues

I have read through all of the documentation on the site and haven't been able to find a solution. I have triple checked my preferred seat settings on both the hud prefs and on Stars, but the hud stats only line up correctly when I'm in the top right position at a nine-handed table (i would prefer to be center bottom). Second, I am playing in one sng and another started about 30 mins ago and still the only hud stats that are on screen on the second tourney are the table stats both with N/A's next to them. the program is showing that both tables are being tracked, but only one looks like it is. If it helps, last night i tried to observe a few cash game tables and the hud stats weren't working on those either. they only seem to work on one table at a time (yes, it's registered as of last night) I'm running pt2 on xp. thanks in advance!

Download and install the latest beta version which is required for preferred seating to work correctly with PokerAce Hud.

Regarding your other issues, enable logging, open PokerStars, play a single tourney then send me the PAHud.log file via the [url=http://www.pokertracker3.com/support/?cat_id=2ss7]Support system[/urlss7] so that I can troubleshoot the issue.

Thanks, the beta dl finally works on tournament tables (third dl's a charm), but it looks like i can't track cash game players at various tables that I'm not sitting at. I do have memory scanner enabled as well. I just enabled logging and am currently playing a tournament, but the tourney hud stats are fine now and i'm not sure if the log file will do you any good. i have opened a couple of cash game tables while i've been in this tournament and no pa hud stats are attaching themselves to the tables - just three table stats all with N/A's next to them in the bottom right corner. hope that helps.

Do you have hands on the players at these cash tables? The memory scanner simply allows you to display previously played hands/stats from the players on observed tables, it does not import new hands. PokerStars strictly forbids datamining (gathering stats from observed hands) therefore you cannot do that with PokerAce Hud.
