the stats doesn´t refresh, what can i do ?

If you're not already, please try 1.19.6.
Are the hands importing OK into PT2?
Are you aware of the "Refresh Rates" feature? Do you have that set up OK?

i still have PT2 and PAH 1.19.1 and i never have problems refreshing stats in PS
now i made some changes in the refresh rates and still updating database cache
when finish i will try again and respond you if its ok
have i to update to PAH 1.19.6 for PT2 ?

after the changes that i made its 4 hours to update the database cache
these are the preferences that i have now:

general:
hands uses for averages: 10

filters:
minimun hands required: 20
show stats from current limit only: OK

refresh rates:
min max refresh every
1 100.000 10

now im trying with PS !

but i want to know if you think that these preference are ok and if i need to update to PAH 1.19.6 for my PT2

Yes, get 1.19.6.
Those values look ok, although you may want to add another Refresh Rates; once you have thousands of hands, you don't really need their stats to update every 10, although this isn't a big issue.
