Getting Multiple Errors When Pokerace loads

Postby RutgersKev » Sat Feb 23, 2008 3:06 pm

I'm running the latest BETA version, on Windows XP, as an administrator with pokertracker updating hands.

When pokerace loads I ALWAYS get this error:

PokerAce Hud Error!!

Unable to Update Cache. An exception has occurred.

I click ok, and it finds the table, after that happens I SOMETIMES get:

An error occurred while trying to query player

This has resulted in multiple occurrences of my stats not refreshing on the tables or not appearing at all.

Thanks,
Kevin

Download and install the latest beta version, which we just released yesterday, which should resolve the cache exception error.

I downloaded the newest version. And started Pokerace and the error still appeared.

Tables and stats appear to be showing up, but I can't determine if they are refreshing since I'm not playing a session.

Enable logging, open your poker client and when the error occurs, please send me the PAHud.log file via the [url=http://www.pokertracker3.com/support/tvf]Support system[/urltvf] so that I can view the entire error message and properly troubleshoot the issue.
