Okay Pat, I have manually copied the files as you said although I switched it from unicode to ansi because ascii wasnt an option. NOw I am not getting an error message and it isnt shutting down but when i try to auto import it is saying "2 new files read 0 hands imported" What do I do now?

Bad news from me, the last patch c is still bugy.
After getting this xxxxxx new Hand Replay to work, I played for a few hours 4 tables. And finally got this Error:

"Error: Access violation at 0x7C80A3A8 (tried to read from 0x04DE0000), program teminated."

If i should give mroe info, Im online again this afternoon (GMT).

Did you install the patch? What does the version number say in the title bar of the window? Are you using the Full-Tilt auto-import window?

I restarted PT and now it was importing the new hands. Strange, isnt it?

I got patch a to work, but patch c threw an error two times in a row on the 'force import', and this was after trying to let the timer kick in the first time, but I just re-ran it again and it imported fine ...

I installed patch 2.17.04c and yes I am using the auto import window after I manually copied all of the other files. It was in Ansi not ASCii qould that make a difference?

Does it say v2.17.04C in the title bar of the PT window?
If it does, open the FT auto-import window, click the Enable Logging box and start the timer.
Play some hands for 5 minutes.
Then click the View Log link and copy/paste the text of the log file into a reply.

Can anyone that is still having the "access violation" errors confirm for me if they are playing other types of games than just Hold'em such that there may be some files in the hand history folder that aren't just for Hold'em hands? Someone floated this idea on the Stud forum and I was just wondering if that could be the case.
