PT2 on new system

Hi,

a couple of days ago my old laptop died so I have to buy a new one. Now, I have my old hdd drive with all the hand histories and stuff.
1) Will I be able to put in my registration code to PT2 on my new machine?
2) How do restore all my data to my new machine? Luckily I've made a backup to my postgres db about 4 days ago. So, I have a backup file. But do I have to move any files from postgres directory to my new computer? I'm asking because my backup files is only 200mb filesize and that's strange because I should have a db filesize not less than 2 GB.
