I had PS to send me all my hands for 2009 to load into PT2 and when I go to import them after about 5 minutes I get a message that pops up that says system error out of memory. what can i do to fix this? thanks

You need to use the Utilities > File Splitter window to split the file into smaller files and import from them and not the big file.
