3) What does this mean: Unable to refresh one or more of the Ring Game Player Statistics windows because there are pending changes. You will have to save these changes manually, close and then reopen the window to see the hands that were just imported.
1. You can graph any data section that has a "g" button above it.
2. By NL I assume you mean NL Hold'em, so yes it will put the hands in the correct databases.
3. That means you have changed data, like Preferences, on the Ring Game Stats window and not saved it so when PTO import hands and tries to refresh the data to show new hands it can't.
Ok for #3 I'm not sure that I follow. I think I understand what you are suggesting accept I can't recall changing anything. If I just turned my comp on and play - without changing anything - then this should be resolved yes?
You get this message every time you play? You must be doing something else besides just running the program then opening the auto-import window and importing hands.
I just purchased PTO yesterday. Initially I used up the free trial of 1k hands a long time ago but didn't decide to buy it until now. I erased the old DB and upon importing hands into the new DB (while I was playing) I noticed this message. I may very well have changed something without recognizing what I was doing because this software is still relatively new to me.
