0 new hands imported

After the recent FTP update, PTO isn't importing any hands from the site for me.

It will run the import, and say "65 files read - 0 new hands imported".

I've updated to the latest version.

Any idea how to fix this?

Are there there any import errors? If so what do they say?

No import errors..

Go to the Full Tilt hand history folder and make sure they are still saving the hands as you play since their update. Also make sure if you use Vista you are running all poker programs as administrator.

Yep they're still saving the hands, and I'm running XP.

Use File > Import Hand Histories... to import one of those files. Does that work?

I am having a similar problem except that PTO says that the hands are imported but nothing shows up on any of the statistics. Iv tried everything but nothing seems to work. It works fine on pokerstars but FullTilt is were its having all the problems. Help is needed.

If your hands imported without error then you probably have a filter set that is preventing you from seeing all of the data. Go to the Preferences tab and click the Remove All Filters button.

I'm not having any import problems for regular tables but the new ante tables aren't importing:
Unexpected action found of_GetPlayerInfo() - XXXX antes $10

i assume a patch will be needed to fix this. not a big deal at all however.

That is a major change to allow PTO to track antes on Omaha ring games. There is no time frame on a patch.
