William Hill Import Problem

Hi there. I'm having a problem with importing the hands. it says for example:

error importing the hands, 14 files read 0 hands imported. i dont know what im looking for in the error log...

it works fine for bluesquare poker which is also on the ipoker network. please help.

Install the latest PATCH, version 1.13.04 from this link (MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD THE PATCH INSTALL, the second link on this page, and NOT the full version:
