Hud not showing stats

Hi, i created and imported a new database, but the hud doesnt show all the stats, if you place the mouse on the stats it shows the number of the stat, but doesnt show on the hud, i hope the image explains better, please help. i alrready done housekeeping the database, but theres no improvement

Did you do a full cache rebuild? Go to 'Database -> Database Management', click your database then 'Rebuild Cache -> Full Cache Rebuild'. If that doesn't fix it then turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce the issue and attach your screenshot & support bundle to a Support Ticket along with your exported HUD Profile which you can do via the 'Options' button in the HUD Profile Editor. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4:
