Slow import while playin on 888

Hi,
It takes 10-15 seconds to import a single hand while playing on 888. Is this normal?
Also, while playing, the tracker attempts to import all hands of one table, then goes to the next one. If I open 3 tables quickly after each other, the importing never catches up. This results in no hud on some tables, or outdated data shown on the hud.
I am using the trial version, but I do not like this at all. Makes the product useless basically.

That sounds like a database or configuration issue. So we can find out what's causing that turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue by playing on a table for some hands and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.
