Today I tried to update my PT4 but in the end I got this errors

Is there a way I can do something to fix this issue?

This issue only happens with very old PostgreSQL versions such as v8.4 which reached its end-of-life in 2014 and is below the minimum required version for PokerTracker 4. To fix the issue you will need to install and use PostgreSQL version v12 and then restore your database(s) - see this guide:

For Backup DB, if there's not enough Temp Space, how to select the other Hard Drive for Temp?

Update: I was able to change the TMP environment variable in Windows. All good.

Postgres 12 installed... i followed your guide to set postgresql.conf

#log_timezone = 'America/New_York'
#timezone = 'America/New_York'

The Win10 timezone is (UTC -5:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)

but I still get the PT4 timezone error

Your timezone entries have not been set correctly:

6. The # sign at the start of any line within the postgreql.conf file is used to comment out the property change defined by that line. If there is a "#" as the start of the timezone line, you must delete this character.

After making the change make sure to restart your computer or the PostgreSQL service before starting PokerTracker 4 again.
