hand tagger not working

when playing zoom cash on pokerstars, when clicking the tag icon at the top centre of the screen it doesnt give a list of previously played hands to mark it only has the options of hand history viewer and display last hand. Neither of these buttons work when pressed as well as the ability to tag hands not working.

I cannot reproduce this when playing on Zoom tables. Can you please confirm if these hands are importing correctly into your database as you are playing? If hands are not importing on Zoom the HUD can still display but other functions such as tagging recents hands will not be available if hands are not importing correctly while playing.
