Import it seems work but i don't think so it is

Hi, i have installed pt4 on my new pc (i use pt4 on my old pc from years, never had problems like that)

Hand history Importing works but i have fear it is maybe slow? and this cause bug hud issues? Looking at "view import status" it seems it is working but i am not sure it is working well/perfectly to be honest. I think that because every time i do the configuration of sites again, pt4 import always some hands that didn't import in the past. Look the attachment, it seems work but in my opinion it doesn't.

Hud starts on first table i open (it appear in right positions) but then don't work anymore. It doesn't update hands of players and if i open hh of table hands don't appear.

Idk if there is some bug with import of hand history

What you are describing could be a configuration or database issue. If your database isn't that large go to "Database -> Database Management", click your database then "Rebuild Cache -> Full Cache Rebuild". If that doesn't improve things then turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce the problem you've described and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket where we can review your logs. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.
