Am I eligible for a free upgrade to PT4?

Hello, I once bought PT3 in March 2012. I believe I read somehere I can get a free PT4 on that liscence?

If not, I don`t really need PT4 bc huds are not allowed on the sites I play. The PT3 download link on the homepage does not work. I would like a post-game tool to analyze my hands, but don`t really want to ay for PT4 since it has limited use for me.

PS. I do have my original receipt for my PT3 purchase, but I did not have a profile at that time (Can`t recover password so that`s what I assume.)

All upgrade discounts for moving to PokerTracker 4 from PokerTracker 3 expired on 31st July 2014.

The PT3 download link on the homepage does not work.
