Not sure how to explain this properly, but the error is highlighted in the attached image. HH looks fine.

Additional to the above... I have about 10 hands out of the last 100 reporting this error. Is across multiple tournies also.

That means that the specific preflop action sequence when the action first gets to you wasn't classified correctly. Please attach the hand histories for these hands to a Support ticket so that we can check it out and get this sorted. Please post the ticket number here so that we can follow this up ASAP.
You can either attach the original hand history files or right-click export the specific hands.

Thanks - I see what the error is here. It is related to the way that the "Hand" version of the "facing preflop action" stat is built. It needs to be updated so that it matches the "Player" version, which works correctly for those hands. I will make sure the devs are made aware of what needs to be changed.
