Was just playing a session but on some tables the HUD would only show for the hero. Was working fine on some tables ut on a few it only showed hero, tried restarting hud same problem, i tried stopping the import and restarting it still happened just on different tables this time.
Any idea what the cause might be?

What site were you playing at? Did your hands import properly? Are you using our latest Beta version of PT3 (3.13.9)?

oh i'm sorry this was on PT4 guess i posted in wrong section.
hands seemed to be importing fine and was on pokerstars

Are you using the same Hud profile on all of your tables?
Have you made changes to this profile? If so, does one of the built-in default profiles work correctly for you?

Yes its the same HUD for each table, i tried changing the HUD on the tables which wern't working and had the same problem, i restarted PT4 and it was working fine again.
However i was just 12 tabling some games and the HUD stopped working altogether on like half my tables after like 20-30mins, i tried restarting hud and restarting import couldnt get them back working again very annoying.

That definitely shouldn't be happening. Please restart PT4 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start Menu and reproduce this problem. Then please send us the PokerTracker4.log file via a support ticket so that we can investigate this further for you. You can find this file by clicking File -> Open User Data Folder in the main PT4 window. The file we need is the text file called PokerTracker that's in the folder that appears. Once we have your logs from this case we can figure out much more effectively what is going on.
