Bump. For PLO it's especially annoying because the in-game popup doesn't display all 4 cards on a single line. Instead, 3 cards are displayed and the 4th card is on the next line. I would really like to see this improved. The action is tough to read in a glance, which should be one of the key purposes of this feature.

Please create a support ticket for this issue so that we can make sure we get this in our system to be fixed.

Just for interest. There is a raging debate going on at the HM forum about their hand viewer. The new HM2 viewer and the old HM2 viewer are coping a lot of flack from users who describe the viewers as confusing, to say the least. The viewers being held up as models to follow are the HM1 viewer and (overwhelmingly) the PT hand viewer.

If you (or anyone else) have any specific comments on the suggestions in this thread, or any other suggestions of things you like or don't like, or would like to see done a particular way, please add them here so that we can pass them on to the development team. I can't promise that they will all be implemented, but they will be considered.
There are a few things in this thread that I like the look of too, but we'd like to get a consensus view.

Here is a screeny combining two hands I recently played. Took me a while to work it out, but the green colour for the player name/action is assigned to the winning player. I find this confusing as sometimes the highlight colour is for Hero and sometimes it is not. I would prefer Hero's name/actions to be in bold and villain's name/action to be red or green.

My only other request would be support those calling for the window to be opened to max required size so as to avoid scrollbars.

I would like to have hands from all nl cash tables i play shown in one window, like it is when i play two different Zoom limits.
If I play 6tables nl cash I have to open a hand history viewer for each table to see all last hands played, but If I play six nl cash zoom tables I need only one hand history viewer to see all last hands.

would be nice to see the hand in the upper scroll menu, not only potsize and villains name. would be much easier to find a specific hand while playing.
and like to have an option like double clicking (or extra button) to play the hand shown in replayer.
