suggestion for better view of reports page

Yes you can do this via My Reports -> All Players Report. Click the blue Filters link and click Add Filter Expression. You can filter based on the stat value for any player there, just make sure the stat is added and it will work like you want when you add something like:
#VPIP# < 10 and #Hands# > 100

you can insert stats via the blue Insert link so you don't need to worry that much about getting the names right, either :)
