ok. it seems to work now. but i tried to "datamine" some hands with pt4 @pokerstars for testing. it does not work. the hud appears immediately but no hands are imported. is this a general problem with 4.11 or did i make another mistake?

btw when i click on "stop getting hands" pt freezes...

seems like i am not the only one having hud-trouble after upgrading to 4.11

Please open a Support Ticket and report your problem - without your logs we cannot see what is happening for you.

For future reference, if you have a different problem it is better to start a new thread in the main PT4 forum section, or check there for an existing thread about the same issue.
