What exactly do you mean by "Date: after hour"? There are 'Date' and 'Time of Day Between' filters in 'Game Details -> Dates' - does not that give you what you want?

I mean to choose the hour...

You need to click on 'More Filters' and then you can go into 'Game Details -> Dates':
