PokerTracker 4 doesn't register me,i have the same problem than PT3 ! My name have a "é" so the registration doesn't work, that's very sick ! Can you help me please ?

I've fixed your code.

We're working on a fix for the next release. PT3 used ISO-8859-1 encoding exclusively and we updated PT4 to handle UTF-16; however, the registration server is still sending in the old ISO-8859-1 format for PT4. This will be fixed in the next release.

Until then, if you have a problem, just let us know and we'll fix each case on the server one by one.

Ive got the same problem.

International characters should no longer be an issue with PT4 registration. Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.
