Observed Hands P-Stars

I had a problem today after I had reached my limit of observed hands, It got stuck in a loop of showing me the message letting me know and every time I hit ok it would just pop up another same warning, PT4 wouldn't start until I hit the "Don't show me this message again"

I wouldn't mind getting the message in the future, But I didn't have the option as PT4 wouldn't process any hands until I got rid of that error or at worst wouldn't pull up my HUD.
