from blocking the table view would be nice, from NoteTracker to any pop up windows from the HUD too. When the Note box gets filled up, it can block close to half the table and it'd be nice to be able to move pretty much any windows related HUDs anywhere. When multi-tabling, this can be a pain.

Right-click drag to move popup windows.
