HUD appearence while no exchange rates are available

[schnuki007]

Last week i wasnt able to play with my HUD on normal talbes (zoom hud worked) at pokerstars, because pt4 wasnt able to download the exchange rate - server downtime (pt homepage wasnt available too) ?!

this doesnt makes a lot of sence to me. it should be possible to play , even with no exchange rate information !

maybe its possible to implement them later, when they are available again.

additionally i think pt4 search interval is to short, if it uses so much cpu power.

You should still be able to play when our exchange rate server is down -- you'll get the exchange rate -1 but it should still work.

nais answer

the hud doesnt worked, as i wrote just the zoomtables worked normally

pt used a lot of performance power by searching for the required information and imported just 1 hand by 20sec.

next time i will make a screenshot, so you can trust me

The lack of exchange rate information shouldn't affect the import - if you see this again please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can check your log files. Please also attach the hand history file for the session and a screenshot.
