Tagged hands not shown later to review

hello i just played a session zoom nl fr on pokerstars, while playing i tagged many hands to review them with a coach. but when i check for tagged hands now, there are only 2 hands schown, wtf

edith: just found out that the hands are still marked in view todays hands. so why not in the other area?

Thy should be. Could you post a screenshot of your two screens (or send it to us via a support ticket) so that we can look into what you need to do to see them? Tags are stored in the database for the hands and are not limited to one set of PT4 reports or another.

the way i tried to watch them was, - view stats - results - double click on the session - all hands - i marked the tag "review"

then it showed me only 2 hands, and now its showing me all the tagged hands

maybe i did something wrong before, but why did it show me 2 hands before? i will try it tomorrow again directly after a session
