how to start

Hey all

I am new here so dont know how to start using PT.
I downloaded and install the program and I am using it in trial version
I play on pokerstars ... I played app 100 hands but I dont get any hands history

Can someone please told me how to configurate PT to start getting hands history

I am playing on pokerstars.eu and also If I want to import hand statistics, I get out an error like unrecognized file error

I cant view active tables ....

I dont know wherever first to open pokerstars or PT for hands history .... or some third thing

The opening order only matters for Zoom, not regular import. Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. We'll be able to tell what's going on better when we can see what happens after you click Get Hands While Playing and the full text of those errors.
