i canot expres how frustrated i am with tables poping over my notes while i write them.. thanks for fixing this ??

We can't control the way the sites pop up their tables, I'm afraid. What might work for you though is to try TableNinja - you can use it to have your tables tiled -- or stacked but with tables with action popped out to a tile format -- then there would be nothing to pop on top of it. You can also set a hotkey to move a table aside to a separate area so you can write a note without interference. You can download the TableNinja trial here.

OP, you can fix this issue wit ha simple AHK script
As you can see below the note window is really easy to find, and really easy to put it always on top
