Cusomisable hud rate colors

I'm guessing this has been requested before and really shouldn't be that hard to implement? I'd love to be able to create own colors for the hud bar. Other than the normal green, red, blue etc.

This has been requested before and the development team is aware of the request.

Might it be possible to find the colors in the PT4-folder or something and change them 'manually'?
