Iam trying to Alias few HH of different screennames together when Iam doing the same Iam getting the following error => "You cannot alias a screen name that has played tournaments against the player." could I identify all such occurances in DB and delete those conflicting entries ?

It's not possible to alias two players who have played in the same tournament but if you want to purge those tournaments so you can then see this post.
