I don't know how to fix that problem to import this filter on my PT4

Are you trying to import that from the quick filters menu? The file has a .pt4stat extension which means it is a custom statistic and not a filter. Custom statistics are imported into PokerTracker 4 via 'File -> Import Statistic' or the 'Options' button in 'Configure -> Statistics'.

It's a cash game custom stat that i found on the website.
Do you know how to change it to a tournament stat? Cause now the problem is i don't got it on my tournament HUD...

Pleased to hear it. To create a tournament version of that go to 'Configure -> Statistics' and when the statistic is selected click the 'Options' button and then 'Convert'.
