Fold to Steal vs. Fold to LP steal

So I was looking through my statistic and saw these 2 stats showing me different values (~8% of a difference). How does these 2 stats differ from each other?

Fold to LP steal doesn't include SB steals:

Percentage of the time that a player folded when in a blind and facing an open raise from the cutoff, button, or small blind without any other players being involved.

Percentage of the time that a player folded when in a blind and facing an open raise from the cutoff or button without any other players being involved.

In 'Configure -> Statistics' when a statistic is selected you can view a description for it on the 'Details' tab.
