HUD not working

Unfortunately the HUD at the tables doesn't work:

PokerTracker loads some HUDs, but not all. Many players don't have HUDs. Furthermore, the HUDs of the few players who do have them don't load new hands as the game progresses.

Can someone help me? What can I do to get HUDs for all players and ensure they update regularly from hand to hand as the game progresses?

Are you using a HUD filter for 'Last x Weeks' in 'HUD -> Edit HUD Options? If so try turning it off temporarily by setting the value to '0' and that will resolve the issue. Next week you should be able to revert to your original 'Last x Weeks' setting.

Yes, I am actually using that filter.
I'll try it tonight. I hope you can fix this soon; it's important to me.
