I want to create the above stat, but I have no clue how to do it. I looked into the Configure -> Statistics window, but all I can see is the final hand strength.
Can anybody help?

There is a 'Cash Player "Made Hand" stats for grouping' custom statistic package with that statistic available in the Download Warehouse.
