Colour around HUD

Hi,
After the update, I see blue colour surrounding some players. How do I customize this colour ? What does this mean? Can I colour code players depending on any stat I want? How do I do this?
I checked in the HUD profile and edit options but could'nt find it.

That color is based on the note color of the player - if you change the color in the note editor, it changes that box.

If you don't like the boxes, you can turn them off in the Hud -> Edit Hud Options -> Advanced area.
