BB vs. SB Open Shove

Hello there!
Hopefully someone can help me and directing me to my stupid mistake I made in the following custom stat which should be BB vs. SB Open AI

sum(if[tourney_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_fold and tourney_hand_summary.str_actors_p LIKE '9%' and tourney_hand_summary.str_aggressors_p LIKE '9%' and tourney_hand_player_statistics.amt_p_2bet_facing >= tourney_hand_player_statistics.amt_p_effective_stack, 1, 0])

_opp of this would be the same without flg_p_fold, correct? so
sum(if[tourney_hand_summary.str_actors_p LIKE '9%' and tourney_hand_summary.str_aggressors_p LIKE '9%' and tourney_hand_player_statistics.amt_p_2bet_facing >= tourney_hand_player_statistics.amt_p_effective_stack, 1, 0])

I think there is something wrong with the actors or aggressor expression, not really what I need to do to make the SB the open raiser.

Furthermore I dont really get the difference between lookup actions = F and the flg_p_fold.
Maybe lookup actions is for when you need to check more positions, but in this spot where I only wanna check if the BB folds is there any difference between those 2 expressions.

tourney_hand_player_statistics.amt_p_2bet_facing >= tourney_hand_player_statistics.amt_p_effective_stack

tourney_hand_player_statistics.amt_p_2bet_facing is the amount the player needs to call and the BB has already posted 1BB so you need to add that to the size of the raise faced:

(tourney_hand_player_statistics.amt_p_2bet_facing + tourney_hand_player_statistics.amt_blind) >= tourney_hand_player_statistics.amt_p_effective_stack

Furthermore I dont really get the difference between lookup actions = F and the flg_p_fold.

lookup_actions_p.action = 'F' means that the players first and only preflop action was a fold. tourney_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_fold means that the player folded preflop at anytime so it will also include hands where the player calls and/or raises and then subsequently folds preflop.
